Background:
The applicant has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 10-foot wide, approximately 0.004 acre, utility easement abutting the north property line of Tracts B-1, created by BAL-1086A, and as shown in exhibit A.
Tract B was subdivided into two Lots, B-1 and B-2 in the Planning Commission meeting of January 25, 2018 with BAL-1086A. This utility easement is being dedicated to provide an extension of a previously dedicated sanitary sewer access to the newly created parcel, B-2.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
