Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from D & B Processing, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 4.0 consists of 0.24 acres and is donated for the Wagoner County Trunk Line Phase I Rehabilitation, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

 

A copy of the Utility Easement is attached.
