Background:
On April 19, 2017, professional services agreement CADD-17-01 with The Schemmer Associates, Inc. was approved by the City Manager in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for computer-aided drafting design (CADD) and related technical services support to augment Engineering Division staff. This support has allowed several engineering projects to be completed in-house at a much-reduced cost. The attached Amendment No. 1 is to continue that support. Funding for individual work orders under the agreement will be from Engineering operational budget and individual project accounts.
