Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1926 (RM and RD to CG) and PUD 233 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on February 3, 2015, subject to the property being platted.  The property is located north and east of the northeast corner of 9th Street and Albany Street.  The plat, Albany Crossings, was recorded in Tulsa County on June 16, 2015. 

 

Zoning Change: RM (Residential Multi-Family) and RD (Residential Duplex) to CG (Commercial General) and PUD 233

 

Acreage: 11.31 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1926:

All of Albany Crossings, a re-plat of a part of Kum & Go 877 Plat No. 6316, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma and a part of the S.W. Quarter, Section 36, Township 19 North, Range 14 East, I.M, document no. 6616.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3393 and approve the Emergency Clause.
