Consideration and possible approval of the 2017 Planning Commission meeting and calendar schedule

Background:
For the past several years, Planning Commission meetings have been scheduled for the second and fourth Thursday of each month, at 5:00 p.m., with exception to months November and December. Planning Commission meetings have been scheduled for the first and third Thursday of each month during the months of, November and December, at 5:00 p.m.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Planning Commission meeting schedule for meetings scheduled on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from January through October and the first and third Thursday of each month during November and December. Meetings shall occur at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers.
