The attached General Warranty Deed conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Coach Port, LLC, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 G.O. Bond.
Cost: Permanent Right-of-Way: 34,525.5 SF @ $2.00 SF $69,051.00
