The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Faith Fellowship Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, the owner. Parcel 16.A consists of 3890 square feet of temporary construction easement, located at 3101 South 9th Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
