Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-1972 (AR-1 to RS-2), which contained 2.48 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 21, 2017, subject to the property being platted. The plat for Broken Arrow Fire Station #7 was recorded in Tulsa County on September 9, 2021.  The property is generally located at the southeast corner of Washington Street (91st Street) and First Place.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3867 and approve the Emergency Clause.
