Background:
The Chamber of Commerce is requesting to host the annual Taste of Summer event on July 16, 2016, at Central Park. This event is a long standing event. The Special Events Committee in their meeting of June 2, 2016 approved the request for Special Event Permit.
Staff is requesting approval of the Promotional License Agreement to provide the facility, security, and other support for this event. The estimated cost to the City is not anticipated to exceed $5,000.00.
Cost: $5,000.00 (based on cost estimates)
