Background:
The attached Drainage Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Michael J. Walker and Ronda A. Walker, the owners. Parcel 9.A consists of 313 square feet of permanent drainage easement located at 8504 S Lynn Lane Road, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, in the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Michael J. Walker and Ronda A. Walker have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Perpetual Drainage Easement: 313 SQUARE FEET = $200.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $200.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Drainage Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the July 14, 2025 City Council Claims List.
