Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. for design of a street rehabilitation project of 23rd Street between Kenosha Street and Albany Street intersections. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation and replacement of asphalt paving, sidewalk connections, stormwater repairs, and adjustment of manholes and valve boxes to grade.
