Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Jay Machmueller and Billie Jo Machmueller, Trustees of the Machmueller Family Trust dated December 10, 2012, the owner. Parcel 27.0 consists of 4,164 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way located at 9227 South Lynn Lane Road in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Machmueller Family Trust has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way/ Fee Simple: 4,164 SQUARE FEET (SF) $2.80 SF = $11,659.00
Improvements Acquired: 3 rail cross fence with paint, gravel paving = $3,990.00
Cost to Cure Items:
3 rail pipe fence, auto pipe gate 3 rail, gate posts with wagon wheels = $9,875.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $25,530.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on August 4, 2025, City Council Claims List.
