Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1928 (IH to IL) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on February 17, 2015. Since the property was already platted and there were no changes in utilities, easements, or right-of-way lines, platting was waived. The property is situated in the Graham Franklin Industrial Park, generally located east of Aspen Avenue and south of Kenosha Street.
Zoning Change: IH (Industrial Heavy) to IL (Industrial Light)
Acreage: 2.91 acres

Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), GRAHAM-FRANKLIN INDUSTRIAL PARK, an Addition in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3379 and approve the Emergency Clause.
