Approval of and authorization to purchase the Commvault Enterprise Solution through SHI, pursuant to the Oklahoma State Master Agreement

Background:
This is to extend our use of CommVault as the platform for backup and recovery SW for the City of Broken Arrow. The original agreement was approved under 23-317, March ’23.
This will cover our current onsite backups, our cloud (Microsoft Office 365) backups and provide an immutable copy of our backups secured from a ransomware attack in a new government cloud solution. This solution addresses both cyber security and disaster recovery needs.
The City of Broken Arrow’s purchase through SHI is made under State of Oklahoma Master Agreement 9065182 and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
Cost: $54,454.48
