Background:

The property owner, or their representative, have submitted an application requesting the closure of a detention easement on property located south of Omaha Street (51st Street), west of 37th Street (209th E Avenue). The exact location and description of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.

Staff have reviewed the request and recommends acceptance of the easement closure.
