Background:
We are deploying new network hardware to replace legacy equipment across multiple city locations. This upgrade is necessary to modernize our infrastructure, enhance stability, and support ongoing growth. The new hardware provides the performance, security, and scalability required to maintain reliable operations and to accommodate the expanding demands of our network.
Pinnacle Business Systems is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
