Background:
The applicant, Pat Murphy of Tulsa Engineering and Planning on behalf of the owner, Forest Ridge Development Limited Partnership, is requesting the acceptance of a utility easement. This easement will permanently dedicated to public utilities included in the third phase of Wellstone construction adjacent to the Wellstone III plat.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
