Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2097 (A-1 to RM) and PUD-110C, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on December 7, 2021, subject to the property being platted. The plat for The Greens at Broken Arrow Phase IV (12.92 acres) was filed in Tulsa County on August 22, 2023. The property is generally located south of Omaha Street (51st Street), one-quarter mile west of 23rd Street (193rd E. Avenue/County Line Road).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3872 and approve the Emergency Clause.
