Background:
The project includes extending a 16” waterline to loop the existing system on Elm Place from Miami Street to Florence Street in Broken Arrow, OK. The waterline extension will eliminate transmission line dead ends in the system and help with water age. This project consisted of approximately 2,700 LF of 16” PVC water line. The construction time will be 120 calendar days.
The project was advertised on September 1st and September 8th, 2026. An optional Pre-Bid Meeting was held virtually on September 9th, 2026. There were twelve (12) bids received September 22nd, 2026. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached. The lowest responsible bid was Bolding Construction, LLC for a total Bid of $1,084,270.00. The Engineer’s Estimates for the Bid $1,450,000.00.
