Background:
In the 2020 Old Town Water System Improvements Engineering Report, Garver identified over 30 water line projects where we are replacing 100+ year-old cast-iron pipe to improve water quality, volume, and fire flows. Some of these projects are combined during design and construction and others sometime stand alone. Anything we do that falls under the “Old Town Water” which has been funded under loan project number 2254400.
The project Dallas Street from 2nd to 5th Street Waterline was advertised in May and June 2024. There were four (4) bids received on June 2024. The bids are attached. The lowest responsible bidder was Core & Main, LP for a Base Bid of $67,538.20.
Cost: $67,538.20
