Background:
The Operations Center Administration building renovation project renovates the streets and stormwater facility to house the administration personnel for Utilities and Streets and Stormwater.
Change Order #4 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Change Order #4 is for the removal of the new screen wall that was installed on the building. Removal is to meet code. This will be to remove perforated steel screen, steel posts to be cut down below roof, and patch roof at penetrations.
- This will add 0 Days in project time
The total cost for Change Order #4 amounts to $7,854.00
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
