Background:
The Concrete Panel Replacement Turtle Creek Phase 2 project is to rehabilitate the neighborhood concrete streets.
Change Order #2 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- To amend the final contract amount adding additional driveways, concrete panels, storm inlet and moved a fire hydrant.
