Approval of and authorization to execute a Termination and Equipment Transfer Agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and Cricket Communications, Inc., on property located at 1701 West Boston Street
End
Background:
Cricket Communications entered into a cellular lease agreement for ground space located at 1701 West Boston Street on February 05, 2001. Cricket Communications, Inc. has notified the City of their intent to decommission this site and terminate their lease effective February 4, 2016.
As part of this agreement Cricket Communications, Inc. wishes to modify their responsibility for removal of certain equipment from the site under the lease. As consideration for this modification, Cricket Communications, Inc. will pay the city $4,000.00. At the termination of the existing lease, this equipment will become the property of the City of Broken Arrow.
