The property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Florence Street (111th Street) and Aspen Avenue (145th E Avenue). The property is currently unplatted; however, the City of Broken Arrow acquired right-of-way along both street frontages in 2009 in advance of the Aspen Avenue widening project.
