Background:

BAZ-0025245-2025 is a request to rezone 8.01 acres from AG (Agricultural) to ON (Office Neighborhood). The property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Florence Street (111th Street) and Aspen Avenue (145th E Avenue). The property is currently unplatted; however, the City of Broken Arrow acquired right-of-way along both street frontages in 2009 in advance of the Aspen Avenue widening project. The development will include a place of assembly
