Background:
This report provides a quarterly update on the status of the City's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As of this reporting period, all major systems are fully operational and remain in standard support mode. The Information Technology (IT) Department continues to manage and support the day-to-day operations of these systems, including necessary maintenance and administrative functions.

Additionally, the IT Department is preparing to upgrade the Tyler Munis system at the end of this month to implement important fixes and introduce new enhancements. Prior to deployment, the upgrade is being thoroughly tested in a dedicated test environment in coordination with key departmental users. Once validation is complete, the updates will be implemented in the production environment.

The following information provides a summary of daily IT support activity over the past seven months. This includes a breakdown of support tickets that have been opened and closed, which reflect the ongoing collaboration between IT and system users. Any tickets still in progress are being actively addressed.
