Background:
This proposed ordinance brings the City of Broken Arrow into compliance with Oklahoma State Statutes. Specifically, this ordinances excepts small arms ammunition and components therefor from the definition of explosives. Staff recommends that the Council preview the ordinance and set it for adoption at the next meeting.
