Background:
The Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority previously entered into a purchase contract for both the Grain Elevator and accompanying .17 ac of real property located at 507 South Main, Broken Arrow, OK for $250,000.00 from Hansen-Mueller. The BAEDA wishes to assign the purchase and title to the City of Broken Arrow. The accompanying Resolution No. 1610 accomplishes the assignment.
Cost: Costs of filing the deed, approximately $20.00
