On November 17, 2017, Staff received Planned Unit Development (PUD) 35B, an application for a major amendment to PUD-35 for an expansion of the Solar Turbines facility located at 4217 W. Seattle Street. The original PUD-35 was approved by the City Council on March 15, 1985. The 8.46-acre site, consisting of two lots, is located one-half mile south of Albany Street and one-quarter mile west of Olive Avenue. The property, which is zoned IL, has been platted as Lot 3 and a portion of Lot 4, Block 6 of 6100 Center Plat.

 

On December 11, 2017, the applicant requested that PUD-35B be withdrawn.

 

 

Recommendation:                      

Staff recommends that PUD-35B be dismissed as requested.
