Background:
PT15-107 is the Conditional Final Plat for The Reserve at Aspen Creek. This Conditional Final Plat consists of 12.21 acres of undeveloped, unplatted land and is located one-quarter mile west of Elm Place, north of Tucson Street (east of the new Warren Theatre development, west of the Wal-Mart Super Center).
PUD 220B, a major amendment to Planned Unit Development 220A, was approved by City Council for this property on June 1, 2015. With PUD 220B, standards were modified to support a proposed apartment complex of no more than 243 units.
This Conditional Final Plat was reviewed and recommended for approval (4-0 vote) by the Planning Commission in their meeting of June 25, 2015, subject to the checklist and as recommended by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and Staff. There were no protestants. Staff recommends that the Council approve PT15-107.
