Background:

The proposed sale of $6,625,000 in Series 2016B General Obligation Bonds was considered in a previous Council Agenda Item.  This ordinance finalizes the steps required to proceed with a positive vote authorizing the sale.  Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3373 and approve the Emergency Clause.
