Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Mary Elaine Akins, the owner. Parcel 14.0 consists of 7,651 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, for the 37th Street Roadway Widening from Omaha Street to Dearborn Street, Parcel 14.0 (Project No. ST21390).

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed.

Payment of the compensation is on the August 4, 2025 City Council Claims List.
