Approval of and authorization to accept the public improvement for Bel Lago II located on 225th East Avenue between 71st Street and 81st Street

Background:
Tri-Star Construction has completed the construction for Bel Lago II. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Storm; (2) Paving; (3) Sanitary Sewer.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $ 185,293.35.
