Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2024 (A-1 to CM and RS-4) and PUD-288, which contained 28.95 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 17, 2019. The City Council approved BAZ-2024 & PUD-288 subject to the property being platted. A 15.51-acre portion of the subject property was platted as Village @ 1Eleven in Tulsa County on November 08, 2022. The property is generally located west of the northwest corner of Aspen Avenue (145th East Avenue) and Florence Street (111th Street).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3803 and approve the Emergency Clause.
