Background:
The owner, RC Lynn Lane, LLC, has submitted an application requesting the closure of approximately 0.32-acre detention easement on property located one-eighth mile north of Washington Street (91st Street), one-half mile east of 9th Street (Lynn Lane). The property is currently in process to be platted as a part of Ninety One- Phase 4.
This detention easement was dedicated by document numbers 2017113394, on December 7, 2017, for the development of Ninety One-Phase III. Stormwater detention is being addressed with the development of Phase 4.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the detention easement closure. City Council previewed this ordinance on February 16, 2021.
