Approval of and authorization to execute a Parks and Recreation Addendum regarding a Use Agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and the Broken Arrow Youth Baseball Association
End
Background:
The City and the Licensee executed an Agreement on the 3rd day of February, 2015, which granted the Licensee the use of the baseball fields located in Indian Spring Sports Complex (Premises) and will expire on December 31, 2019. Both parties wish to continue with the terms of this Agreement with the addition of granting the Youth Scoreboard Program, LLC to install and maintain scoreboards on the Premises.
The attached Addendum states that Broken Arrow Youth Baseball Association agrees that the City will not be responsible for insuring, operating, maintaining, or repairing of these leased scoreboards by Broken Arrow Youth Baseball Association through Youth Scoreboard Program, LLC.
This addendum will commence upon execution and end on December 31, 2019.
