Background:
Board of Adjustment (BOA) member Richard (Dick) Baze recently re-located from Broken Arrow and resigned from his position on the BOA. He was first appointed to the Board of Adjustment by Mayor Richard Carter on January 3, 2006. His current term was extended in May 2014, to expire on May 1, 2017.
Mayor Craig Thurmond has nominated Steven Knight to fill the vacancy created by Dick Baze. Mr. Knight is the Director of Operations for BrightStar Care of Tulsa. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce.
