Background:

The applicant, Kathleen Cook, Cook and Associates Engineering, INC. on behalf of the owner, Phil Roland, Roland Investments, LTD submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an offsite Utility Easement for the purpose of carrying storm water away from the La Quinta Hotel. The offsite easement is located in an unplatted portion of Lot D of The Village at Stone Wood Hills.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
