Background:

SolarWinds is the City’s current network management platform for monitoring all network, security, and server installations across the city.

This is the renewal for the Orion platform subscription which includes Observability for monitoring, Engineers Toolset for troubleshooting issues, Security Event Manager for security logging/monitoring, and Dameware for remote technician support. 

SHI is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.

Payment Schedule:

Year 1: $25,633.59

Year 2: $28,534.73

Year 3: $31,297.31
