Background:

Regent Bank is dedicating an easement for the purpose of permitting the City to construct, operate, repair, and maintain water lines. The conditional final plat for PR-000828-2023|PT-000828-2023, Regent Corner, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on July 31, 2023.

 

The dedication of the waterline easement shown in Exhibit A has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
