The attached Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Earl C. and Jan Marie Laney, the owners.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
