Background:

A & A Asphalt has completed the construction of the paving for West Aspen Creek Drive and South Oak Avenue at The Shops at Aspen Creek.  The required improvement is in accordance with the approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents.  This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.

Said Improvement includes the following:  (1) Paving.

The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City.  This improvement has an approximate value of $904,407.88.
