Background:
The Operations Center Administration building renovation project renovates the streets and stormwater facility to house the administration personnel for Utilities and Streets and Stormwater.
Change Order #2 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- This Change order is in regards to PR 02 - electrical System Revisions. This includes providing independent electrical service for both the City of Broken Arrow Jail and City of Broken Arrow Operations Center Administration Building. The scope also includes the replacement of existing electrical panels servicing the Operations Admin Building.
- This Change order also includes two months of general conditions and general requirements that was credited back in PR 01, as the final electrical service changes cannot be complete until the generator for the jail arrives.
Total time added to contract is:
- 75 Days
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $167,220.70
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
