Approval of and authorization to execute Change Order #2 with Grade Line Construction, LLC for the Wedgewood Residential Streets Concrete Panel Replacement project (ST22100)

Background:
The Wedgewood Residential Streets Concrete Panel Replacement project is to replace some of the roads in the Wedgewood neighborhood. The original project was completed or nearly completed under budgeted funding amount. The City has an opportunity to repair additional streets under the current unit pricing. Therefore this change order is a betterment and allow the City to repair more residential streets than anticipated at competitive pricing.
Change Order #2 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- At the directions of the COBA Contract Administrator, added approximately 420 SY of full width road reconstruction on W Pittsburgh Ct.
- At the direction of the COBA Contract Administrator, added 2 inlet replacements on W Pittsburgh Ct.
- There is a 15-day change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #2 amounts to $63,897.65
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
