The City of Broken Arrow has negotiated the purchase of .80 Acres of Real Property located at 1819 South Main Street. Attached are the Resolution and Purchase and Sales agreement to begin the sale and begin the due diligence period.
Cost: $707,300.00 plus $17,500.00 sales commission
