Approval of and authorization to execute Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with R.L. Shears Company, P.C. for providing construction phase services on the Broken Arrow Creek Trail Phase II Project (Project No. 196032)

Background:
The City requires the Construction Phase Services of the Professional Consultant, R.L. Shears Company, P.C., who designed the referenced Federal TAP Grant project in order to successfully complete the construction of the project. The Broken Arrow Creek Trail Phase II Project is a continuation of the Phase I trail project that ends at E. Ithica Place at S. 1st Place. The new Phase II trail project begins at E. Ithica Place and continues along the west side of S. 1st Place tying into Arrowhead Park at E. Washington Street. The Construction Phase Services consist of attending Pre-Construction meetings, review of submittals, assistance with responses to questions and Requests For Information (RFI’s), attending progress meetings and providing design changes during construction as required. This project is currently in construction.
Cost: $15,000.00
