Background:
The Nuisance Abatement - Structural Securing Contract is an agreement with a local company for mowing and trimming of private and/or public lot; the removal and disposal of all trash, debris, tires, appliances, fluids, etc.; the security of structures, tree and brush removal; clearing of property, trenching, construction of earthen barrier, fences, backfilling, draining swimming pools and other sources of stagnate water entrapment on private and/or public land. All this labor will be done as needed on the request of the City of Broken Arrow.
The project was advertised on October 10, 2023 and October 17, 2023. An Optional Pre Bid meeting was held on October 17, 2023. There were two (2) bid received on November 7, 2023. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached. This bid only includes the base bid only. The lowest responsible bid is from Momentum Services LLC with a bid of $160,200. The Engineer’s Estimate was for $160,400.00
Project funds will come from Community Development Professional Services Fund for Neighborhood Engagement and will not exceed $60,000 per year.
