Background:
At its September 1, 2026, meeting, the City Council approved the purchase of one (1) new Ford F-350 truck for the Broken Arrow Police Department under Project No. 2730050 and Legislative File No. 26-1352.
Due to a clerical error, the original agenda item requested approval in the amount of $55,000.00; however, the vendor’s quote reflected the correct purchase price of $55,500.00. Staff is requesting authorization to correct the $500.00 discrepancy and make total payment to Vance Country Ford in the quoted amount of $55,500.00. All other terms of the previously approved purchase remain unchanged.
