Background:

Donald Reed is dedicating 17.5-foot of utility easement to fulfill conditions of approval for rezoning request BAZ-000906-2023.

 

BAZ-000906-2023 was approved by the Planning Commission on July 27, 2023, and City Council on August 15, 2023, subject to ultimate right -f-way and utility easements being dedicated along 23rd Street.

 

The dedication of the utility easement described in the exhibit has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance to fulfill this condition.
