Background:
The Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Street Repair project is a three-year contract. This contract allows for the repairs of streets, sidewalks, drives, and other concrete structures that City crews do not otherwise have the time and resources to complete in house.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Add money to the original contract to cover larger work orders. These funds are provided by the departments/divisions that are requesting the work orders to be accomplished.
