Background:

This project is to mitigate erosion along a city owned drainage channel and along a private detention pond in Reserve H in the Bristol Ponds Subdivision. The project was advertised on August 26th, 2025 and September 2nd, 2025. Three (3) bids were received on September 16th, 2025. The lowest bidder was Cherokee Pride Construction Inc. for $86,786.00. The engineer’s estimate for the project was $154,861.50.
